This cookbook of 90 recipes is not just a product of the generosity of our teaching and non-teaching staff, administrators, alumni, and partners but also students who were likewise serious in chipping in. The local and native flavors of the recipes are apparent from the very simple and indigenized recipes of Bisayang Pork Humba and Tortilla Espanola of Sandra Yap and Diego Abad, Visayan Comfort food Pancit Molo and Chicken Binakol of Gianna Montinola and Michael Alba.
